Our delivery fee is from our office location at 836 Oakview Trce, Atlanta, GA 30349 to your venue or home location. The minimum delivery charge is $25.00. You can pick up and return items back to our office location. Weekend special, orders pickup on Fridays can be return on Sundays no later than 2 pm. Delivery is to the front of the building or house not on the 2nd floor or to the back of the house, this is an additional fee.
We do not have a return policy. Once the item is pickup or delivered, no refund can be issued. You have to pay for your event within 7 days. If you fail to return your rental, we will charge you an additional day or forfeit your nonrefundable deposit.
You can reserve items by booking online @https://www.adelegantevents.com. Our website prevents our customers from over booking. Please contact us at 678-489-4764 or text us at 404-246-7835. You can email us at info@adelegantevents.org, if you have any questions. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items.
We charge a sales tax based on your county rate. A security deposit ranges from $30.00 to $125.00 on some items. We also charge a setup fee for tents, table and chairs. Large tents setup 180.00, popup tents 25.00/each, tables 3.00 chairs 1.00. Party tent rental package $250.00 setup/breakdown.
Yes, A & D Elegant Events, LLC is licensed and insured.
Our delivery drivers will contact you before making delivery, you have the option to cancel and reschedule. We will hold your deposit and you can reschedule or apply to a future event.
All credit card transactions are safe through our credit card merchant Stripe.com. We can use your credit card on file to pay for any damages and late charges. We use your email address to send you a quote, invoice and our monthly newsletter (optional to opt out).
