Terms
To reserve your party tent a $100.00 deposit, a signed “Tent Rental Agreement” and a signed quote is required. Final payment is due 2 days of installation. A valid credit card is required to reserved your items, all information must be included and filled out and signed by the renter. Charges will be billed to Renter’s credit card for any items missing or damaged. Renter hereby authorizes A & D Elegant Events LLC to charge this credit card.
Cancellations (Non-refundable $100.00)
When you reserve a tent and or any accessories, A & D Elegant Events LLC removes the tent and accessories from our inventory and schedules a crew. Therefore any cancellation will incur a $100.00 charge.
Site Preparation
Renter must ensure site is ready. Please remove all items before our crew is scheduled to arrive. Tents will be secured by stakes and 50 lbs sand bags on each leg. Please be aware that metal stakes will be driven into lawn. Renter understands that if tent is placed on concrete, we will try to secure extra straps to secure party tent. If site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, the client will incur an additional fee and/or equipment may not be delivered. Renter is responsible to know where all sprinklers, water lines, gas lines and all other utilities are located. A & D Elegant Events LLC will not be responsible for any damages to any sprinklers, water line, sewer, utilities, concrete etc.
Weather
Tents are temporary structure designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, there may be situations that becomes unsafe such as high winds or lightning. Evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions. We reserve the right to refused to install a party tent due to high winds or inclement weather.
Take Down
All Renters personal items must be out of ten on scheduled pickup date. All rented tables and chairs must be clean, secured and stacked outside of tent.
Loss or Damages
Responsibility for tents and accessories remains with the Renter from delivery until item is picked up. Please be sure equipment issecured when not in use. Renter pays for missing and damaged items. Renter is responsible for all damages to tent equipment due to negligence, vandalism and theft. Side curtain walls must be kept up handing on tent. Do not walk on side curtain walls.
A & D Elegant Events LLC will not be liable for any damages or injury at event. It is also understood that by the nature of tents there may be some leakage during rains.
